Theresa Schultz

Founder

Theresa is a Christ-follower, mother, and clinical therapist. With five grown children (two adopted, three biological) and five amazing grandchildren, she has always been drawn to caring for children and families in need.

"For over 30 years, I've served in many roles - foster mom, CASA volunteer, board member, and therapist, each one deepening my passion for helping children heal. As a trauma and attachment specialist, and as a mom to a daughter who experienced attachment disruption, I’ve witnessed the heartbreaking struggle to build safe, connected relationships. Sophia’s Hope Ranch was born from both the pain and the hope of that journey, a reflection of my lifelong calling to help families heal."
